	Lynn Morris Lynn has been with the practice since day one with Charlie and Den. Lynn has one of the most important but unenviable jobs – managing the daily vet calls and also organising all the TB work. She lives on a farm at Baddington with her husband and two children.		Michelle Owen Michelle joined the practice in 2001 and works as part of the reception team. She also has special responsibility for the support of our expanding computer system including calming colleagues down if there is a problem with their computer!
	Liz Harwood Liz joined us in June 2006 having worked for 12 years at Burgess AE Ltd. Liz now takes responsibility for the organising of busy ET Department with regard to administration and paperwork as well as co-coordinating the diaries of our technicians across the country.		Sharman Sherman Sharman joined us in July 2008 and plays an important role with regard to the clients’ medicine orders and op kits at the practice on a part time basis. Sharman is a farmer’s daughter from Worcestershire and has previously worked at a veterinary practice in Kidderminster.
	Karen Gilbert Karen joined us in 2008 having spent over 10 years in the computer industry. An efficient organiser and systems person, Karen manages all the stock control aspects of getting medicines to our farm clients. Karen lives in Crewe with her husband Andrew and two children and in her spare time enjoys socialising, music and genealogy.		Jan Warrington Jan spent 11 years in accountancy practice at Afford, Astbury Bond in Nantwich before taking a career break. She returned to work in 2004 and worked in the haulage industry for four years before joining LLM in August. She is responsible for keeping the books straight and managing the accounts. She lives in Buerton with her husband Rob and her four children.
	Gemma Rowe Having spent the previous six years working in the financial industry, Gemma felt it was time for a new challenge and joined the practice in May 2009. Gemma assists Karen dealing with all aspects of medicine procurement for the practice and other XLVet members. In her spare time Gemma enjoys travelling, skiing being a passion and also fine dining.		Vickie Moreleigh Vickie has grown up in Shropshire and has always been surrounded by cows even having her own very small -counted on two hands- herd of pedigree Holsteins! She obtained a degree in Business and English and is now studying towards an accountancy qualification.
	Hazel Richardson Hazel joined the Practice in September 2008 having spent five years working at Ruskin Sports College in Crewe. Hazel is in charge of the office team and for keeping all our routine office matters running smoothly.		Christina Lewis Christina joined us in August 2009 having worked at Beeston Market and a veterinary practice in Macclesfield. Christina is involved in telephone reception, lab samples and results and cleaning of op kits and equipment. Christina grew up in the Tarporley area and helped local farms with milking, bedding down and looking after young stock.

Kath Hulme Having worked on a temporary basis for a year Kath was finally persuaded to join LLM permanently in September 2008. Kath has lived in Swanley for eighteen years, her family live locally with her young grandchildren attending Wrenbury school. Kath’s hobbies include caravanning & walking so if you see someone along the canal towpath pushing a pushchair accompanied by two weirmaraners, chances are that it will be Kath!
